We appreciate your interest in dining at Ginza Buffet. To provide you with the best possible dining experience, we offer the option to secure your reservation with a deposit. While deposits are not mandatory, they are highly recommended to ensure your table is reserved for your preferred date and time.
Here's how our deposit policy works:

Deposit Amount: $5 per seat.

To receive a full credit, 75% of your reserved group must be present.

In the event that less than 75% of your group shows up, a $5 deduction will be applied to the number of guests who did not attend.
Please note that deposits are fully redeemable and will be deducted from your final bill. They serve as a commitment to honor your reservation, which helps us accommodate all of our guests more efficiently. We understand that plans can change, so we kindly ask for cancellations or modifications to be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to get a full refund.

Our private room reservation policy offers two spacious party rooms ideal for hosting various events, including birthday parties, family gatherings, baby showers, church meetings, and corporate events. The small party room, accommodating 60 seats, is available for private rental at $180 for a 2-hour duration from Monday through Thursday. On Friday lunch, the cost is $190, while Friday dinner is $240. Weekend reservations on Saturday and Sunday are priced at $300, irrespective of the party size. It's important to note that the venue fee covers the room rental only for a 2-hour duration and does not include buffet, beverages, or gratuity. For those seeking a larger space, the 100-seat large party room is available at $300 for a 2-hour rental from Monday through Thursday. Friday lunch is priced at $330, Friday dinner at $400, and Saturday and Sunday reservations are set at $500. Our private room reservation policy caters to a diverse range of occasions, providing a suitable venue for memorable events.
